My blog is http://motherinlife.blogspot.com, so I write it in the Redirect URL as below. Please note that it will redirect the domain that I have selected and registered, which is:
www.helpmom.co.cc
I give it a Page Title and we can have any Page Title that describes our blog(s).
If I wish to hide my URL, I can click on the Frame options.
As we can view I have given the full description, but it has word limit;
so just a relevant sentence make it done.
Now the keywords are the search engine friendly,
so we can put the most relevant ones in the Keyword option.
